I agree and consent that this information entered into this Drayage Truck Registry about my truck(s) shall be used by the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach for purposes of truck access to terminals at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, and may be submitted to the State of California Air Resources Board including the State’s Drayage Truck Registry.
